Latest scientific research on performance enhancement in golf at the State University of Arizona shows that probably the most important premise for a successful golf shot is a state of harmony between left and right brain hemispheres, between body and mind, during the last seconds preceding the golf shot.

The Living Golf "Train-the-Trainer" programme teaches a simple and effective set of tools enabling golfers to  achieve more consistently this state of harmony and relaxation, or being in the "Zone". Learning is practical, on the driving range, empowering teachers to easily apply the tools themselves and communicate them to their students.
