Living Golf Workshops
combine the sport of golf with health to create harmony and
balance. It teaches how to play golf - your way - to suit
your own physical stature and capabilities.

Living Golf shows how to use
your body in golf, how to prevent mind chatter, and let the
mind work with the body, to prevent injury and lower your
score. How to breathe correctly and use your natural energy
flow to play effortless golf - to hit “the perfect shot”.
It is about relaxation, enjoyment and truly playing your
best game.

Workshops are available from ½ day to 3 days and
conducted on the driving range, putting green and golf
course. Individuals can book into scheduled workshops or
form their own special focus groups.

technique to relax the golfer and transform silent
saboteurs, fear and self doubts to play the ultimate
